The Wilkes-Barre Family YMCA is dedicated to providing as many opportunities to help you stay active, healthy and social as possible. While we are not offering classes inside our facility, we can social distance in small groups outside and provide you with many online classes.

We are using ZOOM for you to enjoy our online classes.

MONDAY 9AM – STEP & SCULPT
Class consists of basic step patterns. Movements performed on OR off of step platform, with or without risers. Zoom Required. Register here

1PM – FIT & STRONG
A physical activity program for older adults beginning with light cardio and transitioning to strength training using weights, resistance tubes and a chair. Zoom Required. Register here for M/W/F at 1PM
TUESDAY 8AM – NONSTOP FIT
A weightlifting class for active older adults using hand weights and a resistance band. Safe structured weight lifting, balance and mobility exercises. Zoom Required. Register here for T/TH at 8AM
11AM – ZUMBA
