Classes begin after Labor Day! Sundays at 11 am.
Sitting still for meditation is difficult for most of us. In this series, gentle movement and breathing exercises will be introduced that will clear the obstacles to practicing meditation. At the end of the series, not only will seated meditation become possible, but a whole repertoire of healing and relaxation practices will be learned.

About the Instructor: Geoff Dixon had been studying various meditation and healing practices for over 35 years. This class draws on his experiences in Taoist and Dzogchen meditation, qigong, kundalini yoga, and Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine.
